Vice President of Operations – Proclivity Systems

as Vice President of Operations:
You will manage Proclivity’s Business Operations by implementing, directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies. He or she will implement programs to ensure attainment of the business plan for growth and profit and provide direction and structure for the operating units. Experience in finance, legal, professional services, client services and human resources required.
Qualifications:
• Experience developing early stage companies that have grown under their leadership
• Expertise in financial / econometric modeling. This includes price models, accounting, billing and audits
• Extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships
• Legal background negotiating and reviewing contracts
• JD required
• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish Proclivity’s goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a well-organized discipline, detail-oriented mentality, high energy levels ad a team player attitude
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall direction and guidance for the operational activities of the organization in finance, legal, professional / client services and human resources.
• Day-to-day leadership and operational management
• Implement improved processes and management methods to achieve company success and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain the operational plans for Proclivity
• Direct and manage activities and reporting on behalf of the CEO
• Extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships
• Implement and interpret policies, purposes and goals of the organization
• Deliver on performance objectives and identify key initiatives to improve operations for a process-oriented company
• Create a positive and energetic work environment
• Keep up to date on industry best practices
• Move between the strategic and the tactical comfortably and get involved in the detailed day-to-day tasks and activities
